Bonito Coffee Roaster is a small-batch specialty coffee brand based in Ojai, California, that crafts beans with deep ties to Central America - especially Nicaragua - honoring family farms and community roots. They roast each lot locally, seeking to translate origin, memory, and place into every cup.
